2. Consultation Services (Tarot, Astrology, Healing, Manifestation)

All Tarot, Astrology, Healing, and Coaching sessions are personalized energy services that require spiritual preparation and dedicated time. Therefore, all confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Session Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once if you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the booking will be marked as completed and no refund or reschedule will apply.

Session Cancellations

Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. For emergencies, please contact us directly — exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

3. Workshops, Courses, and Memberships

All workshop, course, and membership fees are non-refundable since limited seats and advance preparation are involved. However, you may request a session credit or transfer your spot to another participant with prior notice and approval.

4. Digital Guidance & Reports

For services that include digital files — such as Astrology Reports, Month-Ahead Guidance, or Custom Remedies — once delivered, these are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically for you.

5. Physical Products (Crystals, Bracelets, etc.)

Each product is cleansed, energized, and quality-checked before shipping. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase and an unboxing video are required for damage claims.
• Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.

No returns or refunds for used or customized items or those damaged after delivery.
